ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING

Additional extras to enhance your stay include hiring a cask of local beer, ordering breakfast supplies and evening meals and hiring sleeping bags or duvets are also available.  SELECT YOUR DATES then click RESERVE to reveal these options and make your selections accordingly.

DUVET HIRE

Duvet & cover hire per person, saves you the hassle of having to bring your own. * Minimum of 10 required.

SLEEPING BAGS

We have a limited number of "mummy" sleeping bags available to purchase at £20.00 each.  These will be left in the foyer for you upon arrival and are yours to keep.

THERMOS FLASK HIRE

We have a quantity of high quality thermos flasks available for hire at £7.00 each for the duration of your stay.  The flasks are capable of keeping drinks hot for up to for 24 hours; hot or cold. The stainless steel lid can also be used as a cup.

DOGS ON SITE

Dogs only allowed with agreed prior arrangement. No other animals allowed. £20 is payable per dog, per stay.  Max 3 dogs on site.
 

You agree no dog allowed on furniture or beds or left unattended & all deposits cleaned off the grass area to the rear of barn.

ADDITIONAL HOURS ON EXIT

Check out is 10.30am all days except by prior arrangement. Extra hours can be purchased here. The cost is per extra hour and subject to no other guests coming in same day.

72 PINT CASK OF LOCAL BEER

Locally brewed real ale from our sister company, the award winning Wharfedale Brewery, complete with pub hand pump.

 

A 72 pint cask of Wharfedale Blonde (a great zesty pale session ale at 3.9%) or Wharfedale Best (a traditional Yorkshire bitter at 4.0%) costs just £144, that’s just £2.00 per pint - less than half the price of the pubs.

 

Your beer will be ready to dispense and enjoy upon arrival.

NB. £50 hand pump deposit will be held as part of your bond and refunded assuming proper use.

88 PINT KEG OF LOCAL LAGER

Locally brewed lager from our sister company, the award winning Wharfedale Brewery, complete with chiller dispenser.

 

88 pint keg of Wharfedale Lager (4.0% Czech style lager also available at £220 inc chiller hire That's just £2.50 per pint - less than half the prices of the pubs

 

Your lager will be ready to dispense and enjoy upon arrival

WINTER HEATING OPTION

Heating is set at 20c from 6am till 10am and 4pm till midnight inclusive in your hire.

If you’d like to have heating on all day set at 20c then add this option to your booking.

BREAKFAST SUPPLIES

We will stock the fridge with everything needed for a full English breakfast for everyone, saving you the hassle of trying to organise everything.

 

Simply arrive and everything will be here, all you need to do is cook it!

 

Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, Beans, Tomato, Mushroom, Cornflakes, Orange Juice, Bread, Butter, 2 x Jams, Milk, Tea & Coffee., all for just £9 per person.

 

* Minimum of 10 people.  Vegetarian options available.


Breakfast supplies* (GBP 9.00 each per person per day)

PACKED LUNCHES

As with the breakfast package, we can provide a packed lunch package for you to prepare in advance of a trek up and down dale.

 

A choice of Yorkshire Dales cheeses and York hams, salad, locally baked bread buns, butter, crisps, apples, snack bars and cartons of fruit juice, plus a food bag to carry it all in, all for just £10 per person.

 

* Minimum of 10 people. Vegetarian options available.

ARTISAN WHARFEDALE GINS

Take home a bottle of locally distilled small batch, artisan gin, Each bottle is 70CL, individually numbered and has an ABV of 42.0%.

 

Choose between:

Wharfedale Burnsall Rhubard (flavoured gin)
Wharfedale Ilkley Moor Heather (flavoured gin)
Wharfedale Kettlewell Spring Water (London dry gin)

 

Any Wharfedale Gin 70CL (GBP 38.50 each left at the Bunkhouse or £42.50 delivered to your door)
